If a report is not kept, our company cannot be held responsible for any product-related problems.

The ability to return a product generally depends on the following conditions:

Return Period:
– You can return the products you purchased via cargo shipment, without opening the box and without compromising the resaleability of the product, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, with the invoice in the same condition as you received it.
– If you want the products you ordered to be canceled without giving a reason before the cargo is released, you can request a refund by sending an e-mail to After approval, the amount you paid will be refunded without any problems via the channel/payment method you used to pay within 7 business days.

Return Conditions:
– Below you can find the items that must be complete in the products you send for return. If any of these is missing, product returns cannot be accepted.
– Products with tape applied and shipping labels attached to the original packaging are not included in the scope of return. The products within the scope of return must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with a copy of the invoice, original box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. However, in some categories of, different return conditions may apply due to the nature of the products and services. Before purchasing a product, the return conditions listed below for products that differ from the general return procedure are primarily valid.
– Send the products you want to return with a note stating the reason for your return and your invoice so that statistical studies can be carried out on the product.
– If the product you want to return has a corporate invoice, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping share (product unit price + VAT). Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless the return invoice is issued.
– In cases where any deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situations are detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product cannot be returned and the price will not be refunded.
– If the products delivered to are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit card are reflected in the account within 7-10 business days at the latest, and payments made by money order are reflected in the account within 5-7 business days at the latest.
– In cases of returns due to incorrect/incomplete shipment of products, the shipping fee will be paid by us.

Return Process:
After our company sends you the shipping confirmation regarding the return, please send us a signed letter stating why you are returning the product, along with the package. You will be notified by phone or e-mail confirmation information. If the products arriving at our company are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.

Process Applied in Product Malfunctions:
All products sold on are under the warranty of the importer, distributor or manufacturer company and replacement procedures are carried out by our company.

You can have your defective product replaced in accordance with the warranty report by contacting our company together with the invoice or warranty certificate. The buyer will bear the shipping costs incurred due to sending the products to our company.

Important Note: In cases of returns due to reasons not caused by us, cargo arrival and departure fees will be reflected to you. In case of a refund request due to problems caused by us, the amount removed from your account will be returned to your account as is.
In your return transactions, you must send the cargo with the cargo company that the seller has a contract with.
